XenoEtiquette ("we", "us") operates xenoetiquette.com. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you register for playtesting or contact us.

What we collect

  • Name and email address when you submit the playtest registration form
  • Your selected role and optional notes you provide
  • Basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) via standard server logs

Why we collect it

We use your data to schedule playtests, communicate about sessions, and improve the game. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal basis (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, we process your data based on your consent when you submit the registration form, and our legitimate interest in operating the playtest programme.

Storage & retention

Registration data is stored in our internal Google Sheet and retained while the playtest programme is active, or until you request deletion.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@xenoetiquette.com.
